Account information
If you sign in with Apple, we store the identifier Apple gives us, and — only on your first sign-in — the name and email you choose to share. We use this solely to identify your account and sync your data across your devices.
Saved searches, alerts, and watchlist
Saved searches, alerts, favorited listings, and off-market watchlist entries you create are stored so they can sync across your devices and power push notifications. This data is tied to your device or, once you sign in, your account.
Push notifications and location
If you enable push alerts, we store a device token used only to deliver notifications about saved searches and watchlist changes. If you enable Drive-by alerts, the app uses your device's location to notify you when you're near a property you've saved; this location data is not shared with third parties or used for advertising.
Data we don't collect
We don't sell your data, and we don't use it for third-party advertising.
Deleting your data
You can permanently delete your account and its associated data at any time from Settings → Account → Delete Account in the app.
